The last time I looked at How To See Your Spirit Guide In The Mirror and this is a very effective way to see your Guide or Angel.

If you feel psychically attacked visualise holding a mirror in front of you protecting your solar plexus.

Any ill will or control that pushed onto you will be deflected back to its author.

Ancient Ones aid me, be with me still!
