Spiritual and Psychic Development With Tarot Card Readings

In following our spiritual path or in trying to find out how to improve our psychic development, we often look for ways to focus our minds. Many use meditation as their main way of focusing, but others prefer to gaze at candles or mirrors and go into a psychic trance.

Many who follow the journey to spiritual awareness like using Tarot Cards. And Tarot Cards can be a valuable tool to understanding yourself, spiritual and physical, and developing your spiritual awareness and Psychic Abilities.

With this in mind, I have made a page about Basic Tarot Card Symbols.

It gives a brief Introduction to Tarot Cards and the meaning of various cards and how I use them to give readings.

I hope you find it useful :)

Are You Psychic?

Psychic Development, Psychic Development Tools, Psychic Power, Psychic Tests | add this page to Mister Wong

Spiritual and Psychic Development doesn’t have to be serious all the time. In fact, self-development and spiritual awareness, although not undertaken lightlym, can also be about having a bit of fun as you learn. So we have decided to add the odd post which is more of a frivolous nature than pure self awareness.

I discovered the following short ESP potential test some time ago while I was browsing looking for information about Psychic Development. It is called the ESP (Extra Sensory Perception) Test, but Psychic Abilities are sensory perception (’extra’ and intuitive), so it’s a nice little test you can have a bit of fun with and ask yourself…

Am I Psychic?

All you need to give are “yes” or “no” answers to the following questions:

  • Do you sometimes know who is calling before you pick up the telephone?
  • Are there times during conversations when you know ahead of time what someone else is going to say?
  • Do you occasionally experience a sense of “deja vu”, the feeling that you have previously experienced something, or have already seen something that is happening to you?
  • Are animals attracted to you, and do you silently communicate well with family pets?
  • Are your dreams sometimes prophetic, or a help with problem solving?
  • Do you ever know ahead of time that the phone is going to ring, or that someone is about to enter your office or knock on your door?
  • Have you ever had a presentiment of an unexpected death or other tragedy before it occurred, or simply had a sense that something was wrong and subsequently discovered that you were correct?
  • Have you ever seen or heard or touched (or been touched by) a ghost?
  • Have you ever shared thoughts or emotions with a close relative or friend over a long distance without using traditional methods of communication, such as telephone or mail?
  • Have you ever “heard” someone else’s thoughts in your mind?
  • Do you have periods of heightened sensitivity to noise, lights or crowds?
  • Do you regularly sense the feelings of other people?
  • Do you ever manage to see “things” such as lights or illuminations out of the corner of your eye, usually around other people and animals?
  • Have you ever sensed someone or something around you when you were physically alone?

Okay, now the test says that, if you have answered all fourteen of the questions affirmatively, your psychic potential is nearly unlimited.

A score of between eight and thirteen ‘yes’ answers, places you in the high range of definitely having some psychic skills.

A score of five, six or seven means your ESP powers are lying just under the surface of your consciousness and can be easily called upon to help you achieve your desires and life goals.

All is not lost, however, if you scored four or lower, it just means that you will have to work a bit harder to open your psychic channels and realize your full ESP potential.

As for me… well, I scored 12 the first time I took that test and today when I took it again I scored 14.

Does that make me incredibly psychic? Well… it could. It certainly means that I have developed my intuition (which is a very large part of psychic development). So, I guess that psychic development works.

However, for those who scored the dreaded ‘4 or less’, it doesn’t make you any less psychic than me. It’s just that you haven’t worked on your intuition yet ;)

This is how I developed my psychic abilities:

I found that if I worked on my physical senses and learned to cut out the chatter and focus on what was going on arund me, this helped a lot. I also tried undertaking a different course of meditation which included light hypnosis, and that worked extremely well.

After this, as long as I Trusted and accepted and did not try (consciously or unconsciously) to block what what coming through, it was much easier to pick up psychic information.

So, yes, psychic abilites can be developed.

And what I would add, is that, even though I considered myself psychic to begin with (at least a little…), friends have taken a similar approach with equally excellent results and a couple of them had insisted they were not psychic at all (of course, we know that is not the case…).

Since I have been studying Psychic Development, I have found a free course which takes things even further. It concentrates, not only on psychic development, but on using your psychic abilites to change the world around you.

Powerful stuff! But then again, connecting with the World is an integral part of being psychic. Every time you use your psychic abilities to heal someone, you are connecting with this force. Just imagine how much more you can achieve once your psychic powers are fully developed.

If you are interested in developng your psychic abilities, you may be interested in a the Free Course I discovered. It’s called The Effortless Power Mini-Course

Everyone is Psychic. But some of us don’t know it yet :)
